There is a great need to disciple, train and mentor men in Poland. The Institute of Men’s Development is a growing network of disciple-oriented pastors and churches.  They train and mentor men one-on-one, focusing on spiritual maturity and multiplication, so the next generation of leaders will lead others to spiritual maturity.
